Meet our partners from Greece. Following ancient greak traditions Demetra’s Gift’s olives are harvested manually in order to preserve the natural shape and texture of the hand-picked fruits. The ancient Greeks ate olives marinated with vinegar or as sweets with honey; they also learned to make oil out of olives. The olive oil takes special place in local cuisine; the local farmers treat it with a deep respect and value it higher than even wine. Â
