Meet our private brand label Bavarain Hof trademarked in 2019. Our CEO met with the production team in 2009 at a tradeshow in Germany and was astounded to find that their egg noodles were made from all-natural durum wheat with real eggs! Most commonly today store-bought egg noodles are made from an egg-like powder. Unprocessed durum wheat is rich in protein and fiber and can increase feelings of fullness and reduce hunger. In turn, this may promote weight loss. Due to its natural quality and consistency, our noodles stay firm during preparation and retain their authentic flavor. Our noodles come in traditional shapes as well as creative ribbon nests which will make any meal festive and hearty.
