Our CEO met with the production team in 2009 at a tradeshow in Germany and was astounded to find that their egg noodles were made from all-natural durum wheat with real eggs! Most commonly today store-bought egg noodles are made from an egg-like powder. Unprocessed durum wheat is rich in protein and fiber and can increase feelings of fullness and reduce hunger.
